We are sure you would love our products, but in case something goes wrong with the product, you may return the merchandise and place a new order for another color, design or size. The merchandise return is valid within 7 days from the date on which the merchandise was delivered.

It is unlikely that you would receive the merchandise in a bad shape. But if you do, you can either choose to return the product and get refund or get another product in exchange. Just log in to your account on our website, go to return & refund or exchange and state the reason. Please also attach a copy of the invoice with your address details. The merchandise you wish to return or get an exchange for, must not be damaged or torn. Please keep the packaging, tags as is. When our courier partner arrives, hand over the parcel. Once we receive the returned courier, the refund process will be initiated for the items returned. Once processed, it may take upto 5-7 working days for the refund amount to get credited at its source. You must provide your bank account details on our website under return and exchange tab.

For exchanges, go to our website, log in to your account and choose the merchandise you wish to get in exchange and proceed. You will get the product within 7 days after processing the exchange request.
